AquaVivae shopping Cart is served by PayPal, your assurance that secure socket layering and high encryption

levels available for buying and browsing are in place and that we are who we say we are. Additionally, AquaVivae is protected by Google Checkout encryption, preventing fraud and malicious usage.

     AquaVivae is extremely careful with all privacy and security issues. Your information is never sold, rented, shared, distributed or in any other way disseminated to any persons or businesses except to fulfill your order to your

fullest satisfaction. In other words, only the shipper and the payment services receive pertinent information about your order so that it can be sent to you in the most timely way possible.

ORDERING INFORMATION 

Payment methods – Through PayPal and/or Google Checkout you may use major credit cards, PayPal E-check, or check or money order. You do not need to join PayPal if you use a credit card. Cash accepted for local purchases. If you choose to use your checking account for an online payment, instead of a credit card, you will need to set up a PayPal account. This is a very simple process which can be done at the time you are placing your order.

TELEPHONE ORDERS 

If you prefer to order by phone and a customer service person is not available, please leave your name and phone

number and the best time for us to call you back. Your call will be returned as soon as we are available during regular business hours. Our number is 360-894-3459.

SALES TAX  

Washington residents will be charged sales tax at the present 8.4% rate for Yelm, WA.

SHIPPING 

AquaVivae ships using the US Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). As you add items to the shopping cart you will see a shipping rate based on USPS rates. 

     The shopping cart is designed to estimate shipping by adding all shipping weights together for all items in your

shopping cart. This is meant to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, however, once in awhile, we may need

to adjust the rate due to packaging. If the adjusted total exceeds five dollars, we will ask for your authorization

prior to completing the order. At AquaVivae we will always do our best to get your order delivered to the

address you specify in the timeliest, safest, most cost-effective way that meets your desire.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied we will accept returns within two weeks, your money back. Shipping charges may apply.
