Before software can be released, it must undergo a final security review by an independent development team. Software that has undergone the SDL experiences a significantly reduced rate of security vulnerabilities being discovered.

Your information is never sold, rented, shared, distributed or in any other way disseminated to any persons or businesses except to fulfill your order to your fullest satisfaction. In other words, only the shipper and the payment services receive pertinent information about your order so that it can be sent to you in the most timely way possible.

ORDERING INFORMATION 

Payment methods – Through PayPal  you may use major credit cards, PayPal E-check, or check or money order. You do not need to join PayPal if you use a credit card. Cash accepted for local purchases. If you choose to use your checking account for an online payment, instead of a credit card, you will need to set up a PayPal account. This is a very simple process which can be done at the time you are placing your order.

SALES TAX  

Washington residents will be charged sales tax at the present 8.5% rate for Yelm, WA.

SHIPPING 

AquaVivae ships using the US Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer free shipping for all Berkey Filters. At AquaVivae we will always do our best to get your order delivered to the address you specify in the timeliest, safest, most cost-effective way that meets your desire.

RETURNS

We stand by the excellence of Berkey products. However, if you are not fully satisfied we will accept returns within forty-five days, your money back. Shipping charges may apply.
